We provide insurance and financial products including life insurance, annuities, health insurance, auto coverage, and related financial protection solutions. To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete information, and reside in a state where we are licensed to operate. Currently, ASJ is licensed in the state of Arizona, and our services are not available in New York.

Submitting a request for a quote or application does not guarantee approval or issuance of a policy. All insurance coverage is subject to underwriting, carrier approval, and applicable regulations. You are responsible for providing truthful information, reviewing your policy documents, and notifying us of any changes that may affect your coverage.

While we strive for accuracy, ASJ Insurance & Financial Services Inc. is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from third-party insurance carriers. We are also not liable for losses arising from misuse of your policy or failure to maintain coverage.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if false or misleading information is provided, or if you fail to comply with these Terms. We may update or amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.
